YUNIYA engages children with incredible stories of Ancient African history and culture.
The approach that we use is primarily on the idea that children have a natural interest and excitement for learning and that they should be given appropriate materials at the right time.
Young children are quick learners before the age of six.
This period enables them to quickly learn specific concepts easily than at any time in their lives. Making the most of this period is important.
We want to allow you to take advantage of this period.

We go beyond each story and provide kids with resources and support to learn even more Ancient African history and culture.
The activities differ for each story; collectively, they provide various experiences for children that promote a balanced, connected, playful, active, and creative approach to learning.

The materials we will provide you with take the child’s learning to a whole new level.
Activity Time is designed for families to help them and their children connect with each story's themes and characters.
The videos and interactive activities are:
> For children to have a foundation in Ancient African history and culture.
> To encourage children to learn more and to explore topics of interest further.
> For children to construct a more comprehensive appreciation for and understanding of ancient African history, culture, and heritage in a truly objective way.

> We arrange activities for topics and themes within each story.
> The content within each theme and clear learning outcomes are set up for parents to review using the learning pathway.
> Carefully designed, the learning pathway helps children reflect on their milestones, learn with others, and create their journey.
> The themes typically begin with pre-activities to help develop the context for their learning.
> We recommend supervision by an adult.
