You will notify Yuniya immediately of any unauthorized use of your username or password and that you will, for security reasons, make sure that you exit from any activities on the Site at the end of each of your uses of the Site.

The rules and conditions detailed on the Website, including without limitation on our membership page, will form part of these Terms and Conditions, and Users shall at all times uphold any requirements listed therein.

YOUR LICENSE TO US; CONTENT.

Any communications, content, video, photo, or other material of any kind that you e-mail, post, upload, store, or transmit through the Site, including videos, images, prompts, terms, replies, questions, tags, comments, recommendations, suggestions, top features, feature requests, product issues, testimonials, tips, and other data and information (your “Content”) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant Yuniya and its affiliates and applicable clients a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to reproduce, transmit, display, disclose, create derivative works of, perform, and otherwise use your Content on the Site or elsewhere for our business purposes in all media now known or later developed. We are free to use any ideas, concepts, techniques, know-how in your Content for any purpose, including, but not limited to, the development and use of products and services based on the Content.

SUBSCRIPTION

Visitors will have limited access to the Website and the Content, with access (if any) to be determined at the discretion of Yuniya.

a. Subscribers will have access to the Website and the Content, with the nature of access to be determined according to the type of membership.

b. There are several membership subscription categories and fee structures (altogether, “Subscriptions”) that apply to the use of the Website and Content, depending on whether you are applying for a:

-Monthly Subscription

-Annual Subscription

c. The price of your Subscription will vary depending on the type of membership.

d. All Subscribers will have access to stream and view the Content via the Website for personal purposes during the Term of the Subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION TERM AND CANCELLATION:

Monthly and Annual subscribers agree that their Subscription will renew automatically, either monthly or annually (as elected by the Subscriber), until the Subscriber validly cancels or suspends the Subscription by notifying Yuniya or its Representatives.

a. To cancel a Subscription, Subscribers must notify Yuniya by logging into your online account and managing your subscription in Account Settings. Subscribers may also contact us for further assistance with subscription cancellation. Subscribers contact us via the Contacts Page

b. Cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the subsequent billing cycle. Subscriptions get charged on the same day each month that you have subscribed. So, if you first subscribed on April 15th, your cancellation would take effect on May 15th.

c. You can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Annual and Monthly Subscribers note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.

d. You acknowledge and accept that Yuniya may, from time to time, make certain Content available for viewing at no cost, including to non-Subscribers of the Website.

PAYMENT:

a. In consideration for your registration as a Subscriber, use of the Website, and access to the Content, you agree to pay Yuniya the applicable fee as detailed on the website's Membership page (the “Fee”).

b. Once paid, the Fee is non-refundable unless a refund would be required by law.

c. The Fee will be due and payable when you register as a Subscriber of the Website and accept these Terms and Conditions.

d. Yuniya accepts payment for the annual and monthly Subscribers online via subject to blank terms and conditions (we are not responsible for any losses, claims, damages, or consequences due to blanks terms and conditions or for any interruptions or delays in blanks services or facilities).

e. By subscribing, Annual and monthly Subscribers opt for automatic renewal. You acknowledge that at the conclusion of each subscription period (either monthly or annual, as elected by you), Yuniya will be entitled to renew your Subscription and charge a further monthly/annual Fee to your nominated account, unless you opt-out or cancel your subscription before the conclusion of your Subscription term.

f. Upon full receipt of the Fee and approval of your Subscription application, Yuniya will activate your Subscription.

YOUR INDEMNITY.

At Yuniya’s option and request, you will, at your own expense, indemnify, defend, and hold Yuniya and its subsidiaries, affiliates, applicable clients, officers, employees, agents, co-branders, suppliers, or associates harmless from and against any losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expert costs), arising out of your use of the Site or related to a third-party claim, action or allegation

(a) related in any way to a transaction or dispute between you and any third party,

(b) based on or caused by unauthorized access to the Site through your account,

(d) based on your violation of any applicable law or regulation of any jurisdiction, or

(e) arising out of your Content. You may not enter into a settlement or stipulated judgment of the foregoing without Yuniya’s prior written consent.

ACCEPTABLE USE.

You may not use the Site to:

-Use the Content for any purpose outside the terms of the licence provided under these Terms and Conditions;

-Use the website content for any purpose reasonably considered objectionable by Yuniya, including, but not limited to, use of the Website for content for unlawful, harmful, threatening, intimidating, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, derogatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, disrespectful, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
